Ability to ability to set a minimum and maximum date to the form Date field type.

Hi there,

I have a requirement to be able to be able to allow users to enter a date in a form, but for that form to only allow users to enter/select a date 2 weeks from the current date.
I'm sure there are others with a similar requirement albeit different exclusion date combinations.
The form would probably grey out the dates that aren't able to be selected.
