Google Doc no longer is conneted

Hello Team,

I have been using the Smartsheet add-on with Google Docs for years without any issues. Today, the connection suddenly stopped working.

Previously, I could access Smartsheet data from Google Docs

But now under Extensions → Smartsheet, I only see a "Help" option instead of "Start" or any connection options.

I have already:

* Uninstalled and reinstalled the add-on
* Tried different browsers
* Logged out and back in

The issue persists, and I am unable to connect Google Docs to my Smartsheet sheets.

Has anyone experienced this issue recently, or is there a known fix?

I got a little bit further, but it is still not creating documents from the merge. When I open the folder it has made, there are several document attempts, but the mapped fields are still from the template. I get the error message below after a few minutes.

I have tried a different browser where I have no cookies or no cache data. I have verified in Google Smartsheet is an allowed app and I have verified in my Smartsheet account that Smartsheet Merge is an allowed app. I have uninstalled and re-installed the add-on.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing after removing access in both Smartsheet and Google and disconnecting from Smartsheet in the Merge panel… even after logging out of everything, clearing internet data, and restarting my browser, I get the Google script error and now I can't even get it to connect to Smartsheet in the Merge panel.

My team uses this daily and I am unable to offer support. I tried to trouble shoot the script error with the Smartsheet bot and it directed me to open a Smartsheet case, so I have done that.

Now is see start button but still can not be connected to my Google account

Im back to normal this morning. seems like they fixed it.
