Once connected, you can ask ChatGPT questions like "What are the top blockers in my Q3 launch sheet?" or "Update all tasks assigned to @maria to In Progress" and get instant answers and actions from your live Smartsheet data. The connector supports ChatGPT's Deep Research for generating cited project reports, and you can build Custom GPTs to give your team reusable, no-code access to specific Smartsheet workflows.
