If your team works in Google Workspace, your Smartsheet data is now just a prompt away. We've launched a pre-built, MCP-enabled connector that lets you connect Smartsheet to Gemini in a few clicks.
Once connected, you can ask Gemini questions like "What are the top risks in my Q3 launch portfolio?" or "Update all tasks assigned to @sara to In Progress" and get instant answers and actions from your live Smartsheet data. The connector works seamlessly alongside Google Workspace and other connected apps — no context switching needed. Developers can also bring Smartsheet project data into the terminal using the Gemini CLI with the Smartsheet MCP Server.
This connector is powered by the Smartsheet MCP Server, the same foundation behind our Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT connectors, bringing the same secure, standards-based tools and capabilities into the Google AI ecosystem. Gemini Enterprise requires a Google Cloud project to get started. Learn More.
