Embedded form not redirecting after successful submission

Hi

I have copy and pasted the embedded form code into our wordpress website and can successfully receive the entries from the form through the website to our smartsheets account.

The problem is it hangs for the person/visitor entering the information in the web form and stays showing a message "Your submission is being processed. Please do not close this browser window until complete."

Any thoughts on why this happening?

I have the same issue since few days. System overall works fine, but forms are not going through.
