Project Resource View -- Question about %s

I just started using Resource Management and I'm confused about what the percentages are showing. I may be missing something obvious here!

In the screenshot, I have one resource who's assigned to one sheet. But the blue percentage is different from the sheet percentage below it. Why? What do the numbers indicate?

I thought that the blue was the overall percentage, but since this resource is only assigned to one sheet, shouldn't the numbers be the same across?

Hello,

The percentage in blue is the total allocation percentage for one user across all projects that have been included in the resource view. Once the user has more than 100% allocation throughout all projects, the total allocation percentage becomes red like in the screenshot attached below.

If there is only one project under my cousin's list of projects, then what you are likely seeing is the [Allocation %] column has been identified (under Project Settings | Resource Management) and have a non-100% value.
