"Sorry, notifications are temporarily unavailable but should be back soon."
For the past few days I've been receiving the following error message when trying to load the new notifications tray:
"Sorry, notifications are temporarily unavailable but should be back soon."
Any idea what's up?

We are also having this problem. Notifications are coming through via email and Mobile, but the Notifications Center is displaying the error message: "Sorry, notifications are temporarily unavailable but should be back soon."
When will this be back up and running?

Hello Jaye and dbochan@rwater.com,
I haven't heard of any system wide issues regarding this. I also just tested in my own account and haven't been able to reproduce that error message.
To help us troubleshoot and resolve, please contact our Support team with some additional details (exact steps and any screenshots that you can provide).
Regards,
Ian

Hi,
we've had this error (for all users I've tested) for the last few weeks. I was assuming it was a system wide error, and was being worked on, but apparently not?
Screenshot attached.
Is it known how to fix it?

Hi there - just to throw in my "answer" - our issue was only with myself, no other users on our account were affected, and the issue was resolved with the recent update.
Thanks,
Jaye
