How can I identify the hex color code for the cell fill options?
I want to write an IF statement to return value of 1 if the hex color code is the darkest blue (as an example).
A little background.... reporting 6 status stages so the symbols aren't an option. Thanks in advance for your help!

Unfortunately, this is not possible with current Smarsheet functionality.
To get around this limitation, I'd consider a dropdown list with your named status types (e.g. Complete, On Hold etc.) and simply add in Conditional Formatting to change the cell fill based on the value.
