Conditional format - Column value compare

Hello,

I have a sheet that I need to compare the values of two columns and change the text color based on the result.

I need to compare "Suggested Hours" to "Actual Hours" (or reversed). If the "Actual Hours" value is greater than "Suggested Hours", turn the "Actual Hours" value red.

Cannot figure out how to get conditional formatting to do this.

I would add a column with a formula and set the conditional formatting to check there.
