Alerts & Actions: Send a notification when a comment is added or updated

Does anybody else no longer see the option on the dropdown list to "Send a notification when a comment is added or updated"? (see red circle in image attached) 

I could clearly set this notification up in the past. (see blue circle in the image attached.

Hello, 

The option to send notifications when a comment is added or updated is located in the when there are changes to a specific column rule under Select column drop-down values like in the screenshot below.
