User with Admin Permission not able to edit Sight?

Hello!  I've created and shared a Sight with an end user and have provided Admin permission, however they are not able to save any of their changes when they try to edit the sight.  The error message says "You do not have sufficient permissions on this Sight to make this change."

Thanks,

Nick

  • Hi Nick,

To edit a sight a user has to be a licensed user.  Is the person with admin permissions on the sight who is trying to make changes a licensed user or just a free collaborator?

    Thanks,

    Brandy

  • Free Collaborator!  I wonder why it would allow the user to select the Edit option and make a change within the sight but not save.  It seems that if that authorization did not all them to make changes, it would not allow them to access the edit feature?
