Can I see what resources are assigned to from resource view?
I have a resource listed as 300% utilised on a reasonably large project. I'd rather expected resource view to let me click and list the tasks in question, but it only shows the project(s) involved.
Despite the various card/project/etc views I also cannot see an obvious "who is doing what today?" report - I can see what is being worked on today or what one person has assigned but neither is quite what I'm after.
From seeing "X is over-utilised" in a single project, what is the easiest way to figure out what they're assigned to so I can fix it?

Hello,
We don't currently have the ability to list the specific tasks were the over allocation occurred when you click on the sheet or project in Resource View. You can submit an enhancement request for this functionality here so it can be considered by our development team for future implementations.
If you are in a Business or Eligible Enterprise accounts, you can use Activity Log to quickly see who did what in a sheet—that is, you can get an audit trail of the edits and deletions of various elements on a sheet and get a better understanding of what your collaborators are taking action on in the sheet. However, this feature is only available at a sheet level and will not display Activity log for all sheets in the account. But you can submit an enhancement request to have a report that displays who is doing what at the account level here so it can be considered by our development team for future implementations. You can learn more about Activity Log Here: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form?EQBCT=739aa75f30ca43a8a22eb53e4da7d409&_ga=2.137236784.141087075.1511906992-577798237.1511906992
The best option to see the tasks of a user marked as overallocated in resource view is to open the sheet or project marked as allocated and apply a filter to only display tasks assigned to that user. This will allow you to have an easier access to their allocation percentage. You can learn how to apply a filter here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504659-using-filters-to-show-or-hide-sheet-data
