start time for a task

Is it possible to enter a start time for a task.

 

e.g. I enter a task for 4.5 days, but I want it to start at 12.00 on the first day and then use the following four full days.

    There isn't a way to set a specific start time but tasks in an 8 hour day will start at 8am. This means, if you are using processors and the task in question has a predecessor value, you could add a 4 hour lag which would start the task at 12pm (you wouldnt see this, except you will notice your end date is pushed out). 

     

    Here is an example.

     

    Sub-task 2 starts at 8am:
