Hi, does anybody have a template that they are prepared to share for an effective 'Strategic Sales Plan' by customer.  I could create a new sheet easily enough but then thought there may be some best practice amongst the community that might help me avoid any pitfalls.   Thanks in advance.  Si.

Have you checked out the Simple Sales Pipeline and Sales Pipeline by Probability templates in the template gallery?

Might be great place to start.
