Calendar view , extend tasks to show duration over multiple days

It would be great to be able to see the DURATION of tasks in Calendar view. At the moment you can just see the task start date!

You can do this. In the settings of calendar view you are presented with the option to display date ranges. It would require a start date column and end date column for it to work.
