Form Submission Organization in Sheet

Is there a way to automatically move a new form submission to a nest under a particular row? For instance, I have 4 parent rows that nest several rows underneath and would like any form submissions to automatically be assigned under one of those 4 parent rows based on information that's submitted (if this, then nest under this row).

There currently isn't a way to automatically move rows under a specific parent row. When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request using the form under Quick links on the right of the Community site and let our Product team know you'd like to see this feature.

With that being said, if you have developer resources available, you might be able to develop this using the Smartsheet API: https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/
