Smartsheet/Salesforce Filters

I am using the connector for Salesforce and I have to setup filters from Salesforce to Smartsheet, but I only seem to have the option to add "AND" filter rules. Is there a way to add "OR" filter rules?

While there isn't currently a way to use OR filter rules across Salesforce Fields, you can use the "includes one or more" while selecting values within a field to select one OR more possible values within that field.

What is the work around for this? Since "Or" filters is not available and "Includes one or more" is not available for the field by which I need to filter by, is it possible to use Equals and list all the criteria separated by comma or semicolon? Or would we need to create an individual workflow for each of those criteria options?
