How do I change a row color if project is past due
Hello Robert,
Thanks so much for this question. The best way to do this would be to set up a Conditional Formatting rule based on the Due Date column you have. If your Due Date column is a date-type column, you'll be able to set up the rule to change the color of the cell or the row if the date is in the past. I've attached a screenshot of this.
A tip that I have is to make sure that you're selecting the paint bucket icon since you're looking to have the background color changed; the Task Bar option will only change the color of a Gantt taskbar, so you won't see any changes on your regular grid view.
Kind regards,

Hi, I have read the post from 8/21/25. I am still getting the same error. I am setting up a new device and just download the latest version as of 9/5/25. I am using a Eunivon Smart White Board for touchscreen capability. It is running Android 14. Any help would be appreciated.
