Can anyone tell me how to export data from Smartsheet?
1. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Sheet Title in the Tab. (See screenshot)
2. Choose Export
3. Choose your export option

The timeline widget seems to only allow filters to be set when you are editing the widget (see green highlight screenshot).
