Smartsheet Mobile Website and Windows Tablet

Hello!

We recently bought a windows tablet to test for our techs out in the field so they could upload their site visit reports without having to drive back to the office each day. The mobile web version of Smartsheet works fine so far with the tablet, but cannot find out where to upload any attachments. Am I looking in the wrong place? Does the mobile version not have attachment upload capabilities?

We are not able to run the desktop version on the tablet as well as we would like. Not able to scroll down the sheet and a long response delay makes it frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for asking this question! This is very interesting. I've spoken with the team here and I was wondering if you could let me know what model this device is? I'm going to ask our QA team if this is expected or if there's a better way for you to be able to access this.

Thank you for the response. We are using a xTablet Flex 8A from MobileDemand, and running Windows 10 Home on it.
