RYG Automation based on "overall Score" Column

We do a customer follow up for every job we do. We ask 3 questions rated 1-10.

If "Overall Score" column totals 26-30 points - green ball

20-25 points - yellow ball

>20 points red ball.

I can get the column to automatically put the word of the colour in, but not the actual ball.

Is there a formula for such a thing?

You have to make the column type RAG. Right-click on the column header and change it to Symbol > RYG or Red Amber Green.

The column type is symbol with RYG selected.

From the screenshot you shared, it looks like the ball is being put in there. I guess I don't understand your question.

Hello, I have the formula to check a box for line items with the current month. =IF(AND(YEAR(Date@row ) = YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(Date@row ) = MONTH(TODAY())), 1, 0) Trying to set up a report for all items with the previous month (i.e. 1 month prior to current). How can I modify to check the box?

Please help, I have a few of these to do. I have a nested IF formula. The first part is an INDEX/MATCH and works as a standalone. The next few are INDEX/COLLECT.
