Daily Scheduled Update requests not working

if i send a regular request it works as expected. daily scheduled requests are not sending. Multiple different lines going to different email addresses.

Thanks for posting! To confirm, the issue is, daily update requests are not being sent but one time update requests are?

A couple questions,

-Are any of the users receiving the daily update request?

-Have you waited at least 1 day from when when you set up the daily update request? (if you set it up today, do you get it tomorrow?
