Question about sheet notifications

Can you create sheet notifications for when an attachment is added to a row?  I thought that you could add specifications to be notified when anything changes on a sheet.  Does this not include attachments?

You'd need to add a separate notification for the attachments or discussions.  Don't worry though, they won't conflict.
