Is anyone else experiencing extremely slow response from the website when trying to send Update Requests? The screen just hangs and takes forever to pop up the dialog.
I just tested this and my update request sent (and was received) right away.
How is your internet connection? A slow network could cause some issues. Is there anyone else at your company having this problem? That can help determine if it is a issue on your computer or at your company.
