Web Forms size of input boxes can they be changed

Yes,  You can adjust the number of lines that a form will allow with the "Text Box Height" in the edit section of the form.  The option is only available when you have a text response, not multiple choice.

Hi I am looking to adjust the length of the box in a web form in this example i what a time to be typed in but on the web form it is about 4 ins long on web form.

You can adjust the height but not the width of text boxes in web forms.
