SUMIF trying to bring formulas over from excel

=SUMIF('Invoice Log'!B$4:B$10405,E22,'Invoice Log'!E$4:E$10405)

 

I have two sheets. One is a log and the other is entitled "Invoice Log" . I'm trying to do the same in Smartsheet but i'm still getting the error Unparseable.
