Hello,
Cross-sheet formulas work differently in Smartsheet than excel. Please check out our help article for more information on how to create a cross-sheet formula in Smartsheet: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476606-formulas-reference-data-from-other-sheets
I'd also recommend checking out our article on creating formulas for details on how formulas work in Smartsheet (there are some differences between Smartsheet formula construction and excel): https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476171-create-and-edit-formulas-in-smartsheet
Also, here's our complete functions list in Smartsheet: https://help.smartsheet.com/functions
Let me know if you're still having issues rebuilding this function in Smartsheet after reviewing the above.
