Hi, are you looking to start two tasks in parellel for the same person?

Dependencies are Task orintated not people orintated. When you create a dependency the Sussesor task will be placed in accordance to the dependenct Type(Default is Finish to Start. There is also Start to Start, Finish to Finish and Stast to Finish. You must choose the correct one to achieve what you want.
