Hi,

when we connect a task from one person to another person the start date is automatically changes from actual,

How to keep the same start date for the person?

    Dependencies are Task orintated not people orintated. Β When you create a dependency the Sussesor task will be placed in accordance to the dependenct Type(Default is Finish to Start. Β There is also Start to Start, Finish to Finish and Stast to Finish. Β You must choose the correct one to achieve what you want.

    Also you can ad Lags and Leads to you dependencies if required.
