Sharing history - Track changes to sharing option

Is there a way to track who made changes to the sharing option of a workspace? I know I updated a group from Admin to Edit a few weeks ago. Now when I look at the workspace everybody is back to Admin.

Hi Tom,

There currently isn't a way to track this on the workspace level, but you can track it on the individual sheet levels. If sharing permissions changes on a workspace, it should also change in the individual sheets. There are two ways to do this:

Check the activity log on some of the sheets: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476206-track-sheet-changes-with-activity-log
Set alerts on a few of the sheets that send you a notification when anything changes: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/542904-using-notifications

Change owner of a sheet when the new owner is the workspace owner
I am trying to change owner on a Smartsheet sheet to the owner of the workspace it is located in. I keep getting an error message stating the permissions need to be managed at the workspace level. I am unable to change owner for the sheet at the workspace level. Not sure how to accomplish this change. HELP!
Dynamic Dashboard Filters
I would like to add two dynamic filters as a widget within my Dashboard to define a date range (start and end date) which would then return a count value to that same Dashboard. I have been searching for answers but am not coming up with the solution I'm looking for. What is the cleanest way to configure this?
