I am the admin for my smartsheet, trying to make the sheet public with availability to anyone. The access control button is grayed out. What do i need to do to get this changed?

Hi Marian,
It's possible that a System Admin for the account has disabled this option as a security control. They can enable this option with the steps in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/1159581
