Hello,
What is the best way (if any) to do the attached view in Smartsheet? I would like to show status of projects during the month.
Thanks
Michal
Hi Michal,
You could use cell-linking or a report. It depends on your use case.
Unfortunately, it isn't possible inside Smartsheet to get different sections on one row if that's what you want.
I hope this helps you!

Michal,
Andrée is correct. There is also no way to differentiation coloring of the Gantt chart if the data was on a single row.
I'm curious where the image comes from and the process rules around the coloring. In the past, I have seen something like
[Yellow]-[Green]-[Grey]
and
[Yellow]-[Grey]-[Red]-[Green]
but yours repeats colors, so it isn't based on phases (I assume)

Thanks Craig, this is a power point slide, the colors show the status of the project at the specific month.
Thanks Andree
Happy to help!

Hey, I am using the below formula→ =INDEX({Source_Sheet_Entire_Table}, MATCH([Unique ID]@row , {Source_Sheet_ID_Column}, 0), 1) Although the answer should be "Project details" mentioned in Column 1, it says #No Match. What am I doing wrong?
How can I delete old sheets I no longer use from my account?
I'm trying to display a task progress chart showing "complete", "late", and "not complete" in my dashboard and for some reason the chart will display as a column chart but it won't display as a donut chart even though I'm referencing the same report. I'd prefer to display as a donut chart as I think it looks better and is…
