Calculate Age from birthdate

@Andrée Starå Yes, Thank you. I believe the column format was part of the problem at first, but I ended up going with this formula because I didn't want negative numbers and I also wanted the age expressed as a fraction. EX: this formula will show 3 and a half years as 3.5

=(NETDAYS([Start Date]@row, TODAY())) / 365

Once I have the column formatted as a date column, this formula gave me exactly what I needed.
