Hi,
Can you explain more in detail because I'm not sure what you mean?

So I have created a worksheet. I took that and created a template. When you open the template, (you have to save as a new), so I tried just saving it as the same name and dropping it into a new folder. When I do that, the links are broken, It will update the "template" sheet not the new one I created.
Hope that helps

I'm not entirely sure what you mean still, but I think that you want to have links (cell-links?) intact when you create a new sheet from the template or sheet? Correct?
When you open a template, you should get a preview of it and then chose "Use Template" and then chose a name and some options.
When you have a sheet (sounds to me that is what you're using) and chose "Save as New" you also get options for name, data and formatting options (make sure that you chose the right options)
If you want to edit a template, you must use the original sheet and then create a new template or create a new sheet from the template and save that as a new template.
Best,
Andrée

I created 2 sheets. One sheet has links to the other. Now when I choose to save them as new to drop in a new folder, the links do not stay, I have to recreate the links once I open them in the other folder. Make sense?
-
Ok.
Are they placed in a folder already? If yes, you should "Save as new" from the folder and that will keep the links intact. If no, place them in a folder.

Andrée

Understood, they are in a folder and when I go to "save as new" I put in a different folder and I lose the links still. Getting frustrating as I need to be able to do this since the original 2 are the templates to use and save as new with another client name.

Is everything in a workspace?
Is it sheets or templates?
Can you share them with me?
