Can we change default text of Subject and Message fields of update request?

Is it possible to change default text of Subject and Message fields of update request with my own text? I don't want to type these texts every time I send an update request.

One strategy I have used is saving my subject line and message body templates in the discussions of a row. Then I can just copy paste when I need to repeat the message in a "Send Row" or "Update Request".

I vote for this too, I'm sending about 282 emails and cuting and pasting is getting old, the ability to change the default Subject Line, body of the email and the time of delivery for the one sheet, would save lots and lots of time.
