To keep Luann McGee's trend going......Here is one of the time and money saving ways that we use Smartsheets. We have over 800 election judges that we send correspondace to a few times a year requesting that they reply with with availabilty and various other information. We use to do this via snail mail. But with Smartsheets we have taken the correspondance we usually send out and created webforms then emailed them to the judges to fill out and submit. This has not only save us a ton of man power addressing and stuffing envelopes but is has saved us thousands of dollars in postage (sorry US Post Office). Plus we get a speedy response from our judges. Our judges love it and so do we!
