Hello,
I want the ability to create a printable page that pulls from each column data, with each row constituting a new page.
Any ideas on how to achieve this? It's like the opposite of a Report.
Cheers,
Hi Craig,
You can do this with Smartsheet Merge, DocuSign or similar.
Smartsheet Merge is excellent because it can add a pdf or google doc to each row among other things.

Would that work?
I hope this helps you!

DocuSign is a paid for account, and GoogleDocs is not likely to be approved here. Any other addins that you know of? Or anything native?
Hi Andree,
I didn't know about this functionality. It's great! Thanks for bringing it here!
Do you know any place (other than release notes) where such add-ons are listed? I tried to find this functionality on the official releases list, but can't find it, so maybe Smartsheet has some hidden, misterious place for that
Best regards
Marcin
Hi Marcin,
I'm always happy to help!
Yes, Smartsheet Merge is excellent. I use it in several of my client solutions.
For example, I have a client (education) that needs to send out how much the parents should pay each month. With this integration, all that information is linked from a sheet, sent to the parents and the pdf or Google Doc is automatically saved to the sheet.
Most of the integrations can be found here: https://www.smartsheet.com/apps
Have a fantastic day!
How many pages and how often do you need to create them?
Andrée
60 pages, create them once, and have them updated through the spreadsheet.
The issue is me not wanting to copy/paste the data, then have it out of date.
Some other options.
Would any of those options work?
I’ve started building a form in Smartsheet using the Smartsheet Form Builder, and the responses are successfully populating my sheet. The challenge I’m running into is creating conditional logic within the form to narrow down selections. For example, if a user selects a state (such as Florida), I’d like the next question…
When I publish the calendar view, not all my tasks are showing up. I have all filters off. In my regular view on the sheet, the tasks are there.
I'm a Power Automate Novice and I'm not experienced in expressions. I am building a data flow in Power Automate to create a new Sharepoint folder when a new row is created in my smartsheet. I can get to the stage of creating a new folder however I would like to name it based on cell data in the row. I have tried to use the…
