Formula & Conditional Formatting Update in Reports

I have several smartsheets that have formulas and conditional formatting. These smartsheets are pulled into a summary report. The formula's and conditonal formatting do not update when opening the report. Each sheet must be opened individually in order for the formula's and conditional formatting to update.

Here is one possible recommended fix. Note all fixes at this point include opening at least one sheet for the update to occur:

Hi Rex, as you have seen, conditional formatting rules are only applied (or removed) when the sheet is opened. One workaround some users use is, find a sheet (SheetA) that you open daily. Add a formula to a date cell that shows todays date ( =TODAY() ) Cell link that cell to each sheet that contains your formatting rule. I'm going to try this work-around. I might even create a link for the linked sheet called "update-all" or "calculate now".

I'd really like to open the link in the discussion above but for some reason none of the links on this page are working.

I was looking at this discussion on my phone the other day and thought it was an issue with my phone. Now I am on my desktop and cannot 'heart' any of the comments, reply or follow any links.
