Privacy Policy

I have serious problems with delivery of Smartsheet based Web site solution becouse of Smartsheet Privacy Policy sign on Web Form, which is in conflict with our Privacy Policy.

Any solution to hide it?

s there a guideline available how to prepare our own forms for Smarsheet, if we can not resolve above problem.

The problem is in remaining Privacy Policy and Report Abuse links, which can not be hidden and confuse user with "our" Privacy Policy link.

Hi Frenk, because Smartsheet is hosting the web form, we are required to include our privacy statement and the report abuse links.

You will notice other web form services such as Survey Monkey and Google Forms also include these links in their web forms.

Thanks for info. I do understand that by developing webform ourself and link it to SS we can bypass such requirement. Are there guidelines for this task.

In meantime we did what you proposed. We are happy with results. This includes integration of 123ContactForms and Adobe Captivate between our custom client side data structure and Smartsheet.
