Back ups

Hi,

Is it possible for one person to be able to back up and schedule future back ups for the whole of our organisation?

I have figured individuals can do this but i would like to put the responsibility into one department and under one person?

I would be grateful of any information regarding this.

Hi Dave,

Any licensed user can request a weekly backup so if the user is licensed and have access to the workspace they could be responsible for backing up.

Would that work?

This is what I can figure out from what I have read.

Backups (snapshots) save some information from your work but not everything is saved.

You can't restore your work from a backup (snapshot).
