Unable to find the "Lag Field" Mentioned in this help screen:

When you click on a cell in the Predecessors column, there is a small edit icon (like an orange pen on my browser). Click that.
It will open up the Edit Predecessors dialog box.

You can also just type +/- # of days after the predecessor value. Like this:
5 + 7 (will automatically change to "5FS + 7d")
Predecessor is row 5 with 7 days of lag.

Per John's comment, duration and lags can take other time lengths.
