Project Resource View

I am trying to get the Project Resource View to work. However, I am having a few issues.

1. Only one name is showing up in the Project Resource View. How do I get other people who are assigned to tasks to show up?

2. The allocation shown for the one person who does appear in the Resource View is only showing up for one sheet even though she is assigned to tasks in two sheets.

Although I feel like I am close to proficient on building projects, I am a newbie when it comes to the resource allocations. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

1. Only one name is showing up in the Project Resource View. How do I get other people who are assigned to tasks to show up?

To see the people in the resource view, they have to be added as users in your account (doesn't need to be licensed) Also make sure that the users that you want to see are included in the user's list for that specific view. The users also have to be selected on the specific task in the Assigned column.

2. The allocation shown for the one person who does appear in the Resource View is only showing up for one sheet even though she is assigned to tasks in two sheets.

You'll have to enable the Resource Management per sheet in the Project Settings > Resource Management > Resource Management Enabled and choose the columns to be used for Assigned and Allocation.
