If I have a project plan with tasks assigned to team members and I want them to be able to update their completion percentages periodically. For example I want to to notify them a few hours before our status meeting. I don't want them to be able to edit the tasks or dates or anything else. I just want them to view and update the completion % of their assigned tasks.
My initial thought is that I would like to be able to create a form that shows a list of only their assigned tasks with the start and end dates. and allows them to enter in their completed percentage. I would want to be able to automatically send a reminder form to the team before the status meeting or to send individual tasks on the fly to get that percentage updated.
Is there a way to accomplish this through setting up a form? Or a better way do what I need done? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
