'Send row' doesn't seem to be working

Hi,

The send row' function in my Smartsheet is not working; i can create the email using the dialogue box and select the distribution list (all registered users) but when I click 'send' the email is not getting through to recipients - including me on the cc list.

We've checked our spam filters - any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I am having the same issue with send attachment....Also, I notice that I am not getting any notification emails this morning from SmartSheet.

Hi Tom and Chuck, there is a slight delay in some emails being sent from Smartsheet. Our Operations team is currently investigating the cause and you can stay up to date through out status page: http://status.smartsheet.com/

I have sent an update request to myself and it is showing pending in the sheet but I didn't receive an email. I do receive emails for changes made in sheets where I have set alerts.

Is there a delay in sending update requests?
