I am seeing rows expanded after I've collapsed and saved. It's the same couple of rows. Anyone else?

I looked into this and I found a bug similar to the behavior you’re describing, where collapsed rows are visible when refreshing or returning to a filtered sheet. If you’re sheet is not being filtered, I’d recommend reaching out Smartsheet Support so they can help troubleshoot this.
Our development team is looking into this bug, but in the interim, a work-around would be to disable the filter on your sheet.
