Actually, I just noticed, when I open the chart tab in Safari, a shaded sliding scale appears at the bottom of the chart, but then it dissapears in a second or so and cannot be activated again. Or it can but I don't know how.

Hi Ugljesa - Auto hiding scroll bars is a Max OSX feature. You can disable this by clicking the Apple at the top left of your screen and go to System Preferences > General > Show scroll bars > Always.
