When I try to  "Make New App" I get this error message "Not Found → Unable to create folder '/appsheet/data/NewApp-115927' and copy data files due to: Not Found"

Hi Peter, sorry to hear that you're having trouble using AppSheet with Smartsheet. Based on the nature of the error, I'd suggest that you try again (in case it was just an intermittent error).  If that doesn't work, then I'd suggest that you contact AppSheet for help with this error -- since they built this integration, they're in the best position to provide support. Looks like the AppSheet Support page can be found here: https://www.appsheet.com/home/support.

Hi,

Im also having that problem when trying to creat a new app, the message im getting is;

"Not Found → Unable to create folder '/appsheet/data/NewApp-115927' and copy data files due to: Not Found"

I deleted the appsheet/data folder from SmartSheet which i belive caused this problem but i cant figure out how to add it back. I'd appriciate it if someone can help me out with this. Thanks!

I reached out to the appsheet & smartsheet support, they were both on the email and still couldnt figure it out....

A O, I just checked your Support ticket, and the last email they received from you (2 days ago) said that you figured it out. If you are still having trouble, shoot them another email.

I sort of figured out a workaround for that one app,  when I try to create another app im getting the same error.
