Report rows locked in the app

In the app my reports will no longer allow me to edit - they appear locked.  They work ok online. 

help please!

Hi there, three screenshots attached - my menu, the report, then the row I'm trying to edit with the lock symbol mysteriously appeared!

I've had this happen a few times when my clients or I changed column names and didn't update in the reports.

Could you also share screenshots of the sheet/report on the computer?
