I am a brand new user...I imported my resources into a sheet using an excel import. My Index Column was truncated, any idea how to reverse this or stop it from happening?

Thanks Andree! I am enclosing a picture of the Index Values imported to SmartSheet (originally: 1, 2 ,3, and so on all the way to the 400s...all unique values) If you see the screen shot I uploaded, you see multiple values displaying the number 1 instead of 12, 13, 14, etc.)
Any ideas you have would be much appreciated.

I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
I have an automation that will send a request for an update to a supplier about a complaint. There are fields that the supplier needs to see to understand the issues. But, I would like to be able to lock those down so that the supplier cannot change the information in those fields. Is this possible? Freda
