Populate to Top Row

Hello

I use a URL link to one of my pages for managers to advise me of problems in our stores. I'd like the new entry to populate to the top row and not the bottom. How do I set this up in my system?

Try webforms instead. There's an option where it asks whether to add new rows to the bottom or the top of the specified sheet
