Is there any reporting tool available other than the reports feature in smartsheet? I'm looking to build a custom non-tabular report showing different cells of a single row.

While there is not a built in tool to aggregate data into a report (apart from the Reporting tool), you can build a custom solution using cell linking.

 

Cell linking allows you to pull in cells/rows/columns from multiple sheets and organize this data into a customized view - with live data.
