Hi Community
One of our clients who uses a laptop within a large org, all operating the same AntiVirus and google docs for work environment but no one else has experienced this... see attached graphic.
Any ideas what this is or how to resolve it?
Richard - I have seen this before when software is out of date on a computer. Check to see if the user is using an older version of Chrome or OSX/Windows. If they are, ask them to update and see if the continue to get this message.

I suggest that you click on the lock and post a screenshot of the more detailed information chrome provides about why it thinks the connection is insecure. Some help from Google on how to do this in Chrome is here.
